Human Instincts Leadership Development
The Human Instincts Leadership Development program is based on nine human instincts that are common to all humans. As leaders and people managers, we can draw on human instincts to better predict behaviours and make more informed decisions about how to manage others in ways that are more aligned with human nature, rather than battle against it.
The Human Instincts framework is evidence-based and draws on neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, anthropology and zoology to help us understand why people behave in certain ways.
What format does this program take?
1-on-1 coaching: 10 x 2hr sessions, in-person or online delivery
group training: 1 or 2 day workshops available, in-person
